Being the third generation in a family of restauranteurs has its perks. I have had a lifetime of learning the fine art of hospitality. Fine tuned my knowledge of the front, and back of house operations. And learned the importance of a beautifully, classically curated cocktail. These are all skills that I happily carry in to my wedding planning of course.
My family’s generations long dedication to curating the perfect celebration is one that I am so proud of, and makes me the planner that I am. But today, I am excited to talk about another reason why I love being in a family of entrepreneurs, creatives and humanists. So proud of our @gene_georgetti Rosemont team for creating a winter cocktail menu that knocks it out of the park, and has a purpose. Proceeds will go to @wwf_australia and @redcrossau to lend much needed support to those who are fighting the #australianbushfires.
